1. To create tags, go to Contacts

4. Enter a name for the tag; choose something that describes your contacts or their source.

How to create Segments


Exactly like tags, you can divide your contacts into different groups using segments.

The only difference is that segments are dynamic, meaning your contacts will automatically be grouped once they meet a predefined condition(s).

1. To create a segment, go to Contacts

5. You can add basic conditions from the three menus at the top of the page, and If you want to add more specific conditions, click Add condition
