Omnisend Pricing and features
Omnisend offers a free plan, in fact, one of the most attractive free plans for beginners.
It includes all the features, such as email templates, automations, sign-up forms, unlimited segmentation, unlimited subscribers, Up to 500 web push, 24/7 email & live chat support with up to 60 international SMS.
But on the downside, you only get to send 500 emails/month, and the free plan limits you to only 250 subscribers you can send to.
So if you think that’s too limited, you should consider a paid plan.
Their most affordable plan is the Standard plan, which gives you up to 500 contacts and 12,000 emails for $16/month.
You also get access to the customer success manager from $400.
Unfortunately, you will only get 60 SMS which is the same amount as the free plan. But don’t worry! you can always buy SMS credits at a reasonable price:
100 SMS credits for $1.5
1000 SMS credits for $15
So when should you consider purchasing the Pro plan?
The Pro plan Starts at $59/month and includes everything in the standard plan, plus unlimited emails, Advanced Reporting, 24/7 priority support, and Up to 3,933 SMS/month.
So if you plan to send more than 2500SMS/month and need in-depth analysis for your business, the pro plan might be the ideal option for you.

Ease of use
Omnisend has a simple design and a user-friendly interface.
They have put a lot of effort into having an intuitive layout and a simple design.
Moreover, Omnisend has made it really easy to migrate your contacts and data into the platform using integrations.
Although they have limited options regarding automations, it really is simple to build one that does the work.
They also let you set your brand assets which will automatically add your brand fonts, brand colors, logo, and social links automatically into your emails.
One factor that can be a bit confusing is their landing page builder.
Instead of being able to set up a landing page directly from the dashboard, first, you have to set up a form, and there you can choose a landing page form as a form type.
Confusing right?
Ease of use score: 4.5 out of 5
Editor
Omnisend has an intuitive drag-and-drop editor, which makes creating emails a breeze even for beginners.
It offers a range of content blocks, such as text, buttons, images, videos, etc.
The editor allows you to hide/show certain elements on desktop and mobile, making it simple to create responsive emails.
Furthermore, Omnisend has a cool feature called “product picker”. Once you integrate your E-commerce store, you can choose a product, and the tool will automatically import the product details into your email.
Omnisend email editor lets have different columns and photo galleries.
With their powerful editor, you also have the option to save elements and layouts and reuse the blocks in your future emails. Hence, you can quickly design emails in the future.
I must admit that I was truly impressed by their email editor.

Email marketing automation
Omnisend offers a lot of pre-built automation templates that cover the entire customer lifecycle, from nurturing your leads to turning them into repeat customers.
Moreover, they have a user-friendly automation as it’s drag-and-drop, and it has a clean layout which makes it easy to create complex workflows.
As the trigger, you have a lot of options to choose from, and they even let you add filters so you can have more control over who should enter the workflow.
You also have the option to add an exit trigger that will cause a contact to immediately exit the automation once they take the desired action.
When it comes to message, You can choose from all three different channels: email, SMS, and push notification.
And regarding flow actions, you can add a delay, tag content, split, and A/B testing.

Integrations
Omnisend integrates with a lot of popular platforms such as Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, SalesForce, Facebook Lead Ads, and 141 more.
But there are some popular platforms that Omnisend does not have direct integrations with, e.g. WordPress, Hubspot, Quickbooks, or any popular POS systems.
Integrations score: 4 out of 5
List management
Omnisend does not let you have different lists of contacts. Instead, they have taken a more modern approach where you use tags to keep your contacts organized.
Omnisend also offers a very advanced segmentation based on a range of filters, such as status, behavior, demographics, and many more.
Moreover, the platform lets you narrow down your audience by setting multiple rules for the filter.
You can also customize whether your contacts need to fulfill all of the filters or only one of them to be segmented.
List management score: 5 out of 5
Customer support
Omnisend offers 24/7 email and live chat support for all plans (including free).
They claim that it takes less than three minutes to get a response from one of their agents, and I decided to put that to the test.
While I was very satisfied with how friendly and helpful the agents were, it took them a bit longer than 4 minutes to respond, which was a bit disappointing.
I also contacted help support through email. Got an answer to my question within the same day, and the agent was very friendly and helpful.
However, they do not offer phone support which could be an issue if you consider talking on the phone more convenient.

I filtered through and scanned many reviews. A few common trends stood out among them.
There were a ton of happy customers writing positive reviews about how fast and helpful the live chat agents were. Other reviewers praised the ease of use and the shallow learning curve despite having a lot of features. Some were satisfied and liked the omnichannel marketing.
On the other hand, there were a few customers who were dismayed, stating that their automation was too glitchy and it just paused for no reason, and some complained about the design templates being too limited.
