Set up an automation

1. To set up an automation, Click Automations

2. Click Choose pre-built journey

3. Filter the journeys by Topics and Integrations to only see the journeys that make sense to your business and goals.

1. Click on the Automation that you want to use

If you don’t find any prebuilt automation that suits your needs, you can build one from scratch.

1. To do so, click Build from scratch

1. Firstly, you must choose a Starting point, an action that your audience takes that triggers the automation

You can add a filter to get more specific about who can enter the automation.

  1. To do so, click Filters

Select Contacts from a custom Segment and configure the condition and segments.

1. To add any rule or action that follows the starting point, click Add a journey point

3. You can edit or delete the event by clicking the three dots next to the event

1. Once you are done building up the automation, click Continue

Your Automation is successfully activated now!
