With Omnisend, you can create beautiful newsletters with their clean and straightforward design.
They also offer “product picker” Which allows you to add products from your store directly to your newsletter.
However, the process can get pretty complicated if you are new to email marketing.

How to create an email campaign
Set up an email campaign
An email campaign is a message you send to your chosen contacts.
1. To send an email campaign with Omnisend, go to campaigns in the top menu.
2. Click on Create email campaign.
3. You will now be prompted to choose a campaign type, click Create Email.
Select the correct settings for your campaign
In this step, you have to set up campaign settings.
1. Enter a subject line for the email.
2. Add a sender’s name and email address.
3. add a preheader, a campaign name, and choose a language.
4. Once you are done filling out the form, click NEXT STEP.
Choose a template
An email template is a pre-defined email layout that may already include content like images or text. Rather than create a new email from scratch each time, you can use a template as a base. Templates are also handy for making sure email designs follow brand guidelines.
1. To select a template, hover over the template.
2. Click Preview, and if you like the template, click Use template.
How to design and send your email campaign
Add content
1. You can easily add content and design your campaign by hovering over the options in Library and adding content to your campaign using the drag-and-drop email editor.
2. You can customize email settings on the right-hand menu.
Preview and test your email
You can preview the design and proofread for any spelling or grammar errors.
1. To preview your email, click the dropdown arrow.
2. Click Preview in the dropdown menu.
3. When you are satisfied with the layout of your email on both desktop and mobile, You can also send a test email that allows you to preview what the email looks like in your subscriber’s inbox.
4. To do so, click Send test email.
5. Enter the email address you want the test campaign sent out to.
6. Click Send.
7. Close the preview and click Finish editing.
Send or schedule your campaign
Before sending your campaign, you must specify your recipients.
1. To exclude a specific group, Select All subscribers and select the groups you want to exclude.
2. To send the campaign to subscribers with a specific segment, select Let me choose segments and select the group you want to send the campaign to.
3. Once you are done choosing your recipients, click Next Step.
4. You can review the settings, and once everything looks OK, select Send Now to send the email immediately.
5. Click SEND NOW.
6. You can also schedule the email for later. Select Schedule for later.
7. A best practice is to schedule your campaigns between 1-3 pm or 9-11 and choose based on the subscriber’s time zone.
