How to create an email campaign with Klaviyo
An email campaign is a single message(a series of messages) you send to your chosen contacts to achieve a certain goal.
With Klaviyo, you can create and send beautiful and engaging emails.
However, it can be a terrifying thought to create your own email campaign, especially if you are new to email marketing.
So we decided to make this tutorial and guide you on how to create your first email newsletter with Klaviyo.

Create an email campaign
(a) To send an email campaign with Klaviyo, go to Campaigns
(b) Enter a campaign name
enter the Date of the campaign
choose Email as the campaign type
(c) Click Save and continue
(d) Choose the lists or segments you want to send the campaign to
- You can choose not to send the campaign to profiles who received emails recently.
- You can turn on Tracking to have clear reports of the campaign’s open rate and clickthrough rate.
(e) Click Continue to Content once you finish configuring the options
Add content to your campaign
(a) Enter a Subject line for the email
- Add Preview text
(b) Choose Drag and Drop as the email editor
(c) Choose a Template
- You can choose a themed or a basic template as the base of your campaign.
(d) Select the template that you like, scroll down, and click Use template
(e) To add content, go to Contents, and use the drag-and-drop feature to add blocks to your campaign.
- You can change the layout of the campaign by going to Styles
(f) Once you finish designing and adding content to your email campaign, you can preview the design and proofread for any spelling or grammar errors.
You can also send a test email, which allows you to preview what the email looks like for your subscribers.
- Once everything looks Ok, click Save and Exit
Send or schedule your campaign
(a) Click Continue to Review
(b) Review all the settings one last time, and if everything looks fine, click Schedule or Send
(c) To send the email campaign immediately, click Send now
(d) If you want to schedule the campaign for later, choose a Send time and click Schedule
