Set up an automation with Klaviyo
(a) To set up an automation, Go to Flows.
(b) Click Create Flow.
(c) Select the platform of your store.
- To refine your search by a specific channel, click on one of the icons.
Build your flow with Klaviyo
If you did not find any automations that fulfill your requirements, you can create a flow from scratch.
(a) To build your custom workflow, click Create from scratch.
- Enter a name for the flow.
- Click Create flow.
(b) Select a trigger.
You can choose between when someone is added to a segment or a list, abandons their cart, or makes a purchase.
- Configure the trigger.
- Click Done.
(c) Add actions to the flow.
(d) Customize the flow by adding time delay and conditional Split.
(e) Once you finish building the flow, click Update Action Statuses.
- Select Live to activate the workflow.
- Click Update statuses.
(f) Click Exit.
