How to set up and design a form


Set up your first popup form


1. Go to Forms and popups

2. Click Create

4. Click Next

5. Filter the templates by selecting Grow email list and popup box

6. Choose a template that is close to what you want to create.

Add content and design the popup


1. To edit any block, click on the block.

And on the right side menu, you can edit and customize the block.

2. To edit the form settings, click on the form.

A sidebar will apear where you can add fields, edit the success view, subscription settings, etc.

3. To add additional elements to the popup, click on the plus icon and use the drag and drop feature to add elements.

4. click on the pen and brush Icon to edit settings like size, type, and position of the popup.

5. If you have chosen Show thank you page as the Success view. Click Thank you message at the top of the page.

6. This is the page your audience will be redirected to once they take the desired action.

On the thank you page, you can thank them for taking action and tell them what to do next.

7. Once you finish adding content and designing the popup, click Next.

1. Click Audience and specify who is meant to view the popup.

2. Click Choose triggers and decide which action triggers the popup. We recommend turning on After N seconds with 5 seconds delay and On exit intent to win back uninterested visitors.

3. You can also schedule the popup if it’s a sale or an offer for a limited time. To do so, click Set timing and select Sart and end dates, and choose a start and end date for the popup.

4. On Set timing, you can set up Frequency and Display again rules.

5. After setting up the settings and rules, click Next.

1. Enter your website/page URL in the field.

2. Click Get Web Connect.

3. Copy the snippet code.

4. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins. Install and activate Head, Footer, and Post Injections.

5. Click on the settings Icon in the sidebar and go to Header and Footer.

6. Add the snippet code into the <head> section and click Save.

7. Once you have added the snippet code, go back to Getresponse and click Save and publish.
