How to correctly get started with Omnisend

Create an Omnisend account
(a) Start by clicking the link below to get to the Omnisend Sign-up page.

(b) Once you get access to the website, click Start free
(c) Choose a method to sign up
(d) Fill out the following information:
- Your Email address, your name
- Additional information about yourself
- Your business address, it’s mandatory to include your business address in your emails
(e) Once you finish the signup process, the Continue button will take you to your dashboard. In the dashboard, you can see all the tools, manage your contacts, campaigns, etc.
Connect your store to Omnisend
You can continue exploring without connecting an Ecommerce store, but Omnisend’s primary focus is on Ecommerce marketing. To get access to its amazing features, you must connect your store to Omnisend.
(a) to Connect your store, click Connect your store in the dashboard or in your settings
(b) Select the platform of your online store
(c) Enter your store’s URL and click CONNECT STORE
(d) The button will take you to your online store. Click Install app or Confirm, depending on the app you chose.
- Omnisend will automatically import all subscribers, products, and orders.
- The initial sync takes a few hours, but we recommend waiting 24 hours to make sure that all the data successfully passes to Omnisend
Import your brand assets to Omnisend
To build your email campaigns quickly, you can import your brand assets. E.g., logo and social links.
(a) To import your brand assets, Click on the dropdown arrow in the top left corner
(b) Click Store Settings
(c) Click Brand assets
(d) If you have connected your store, click open import page
- You can also set them manually if Omnisend is unable to import your brand assets.
(e) Once you finish, click Save Brand assets
