How to Create a Broadcast


Set up broadcast


1. Click Send in the menu bar and go to Broadcasts.

2. Click New broadcast.

3. Choose a template.

If you don’t find anything you like, choose Intro.

Add content and design the broadcast


1. Add a Subject line to the broadcast.

2. Add text and edit the text colors and fonts to match your brand.

3. Customize the buttons.

4. Add social links.

5. Click on the logo. On the Image tab, click Replace image to upload your own logo.

6. To add blocks to the email, click on the plus Icon and choose blocks from the menu.

Once you have added content, you can now preview and share the broadcast.

How to share the broadcast

1. Once you are done editing the email, click Email in the tabs menu and preview the email to check and proofread for any spelling or design errors.

2. In the preview, you can send a test email to your own email address to see what the email looks like in your subscriber’s inbox. This gives you an additional chance to check for errors.

3. Close the preview and correct the issues if there are any, and click Continue.

Share the broadcast


1. Enter the sender’s information if you haven’t set up the default sender’s information.

2. Specify your recipients for the broadcast. You can filter your audience with segments if you choose to do so.

3. You can also enter a Preview text. This will appear after the subject line in the inbox. With preview text, you can give your subscribers a sneak peek of your content.

4. To send the broadcast immediately, leave the schedule on Send Now and click Continue.

5. If you want to schedule the email for later, click on the pen icon and choose a date and time, and click Continue.

6. Review the broadcast for one last time and click Schedule Broadcast.
