ActiveCmapign Deals CRM full tutorial


ActiveCampaign Deals CRM is a tool that really simplifies the process of deal and contact management.

Among other benefits, Deals CRM allows you to: Automate your entire sales process, accurately project revenue, and Maintain a record of what deals your internal team members are responsible for.

Create a pipeline


A pipeline is a process of converting qualified leads into customers.

(a) To create a pipeline, go to Deals on the left-side menu

(b) Click Create a pipeline

(C) Fill out the following information:

  • Add a Pipeline Name
  • Choose who should have access to the pipeline
  • Select the Currency
  • choose an assignment method and click Add

Create stages


stages are the steps that Customers must advance through to complete the Pipeline (and, in many cases, for you to close sales)

(a) To create a Stage, click on add a stage

(b) Enter a Stage Name

(c) Choose a Header Color for the stage and click on Add

Create deals manually


The customers you put in a pipeline are Deals. It’s a way of identifying your qualified leads for a pipeline.

(a) To add a deal into a Pipeline, click Add a deal

(b) Fill out the form:

  • Enter the product name you aim to sell to the deal
  • Configure the value of the deal and select a currency
  • Enter the name or email address of the prospect

(c) Once you finish, click Add deal

Change the stages and status of a deal


Drag-and-drop capabilities allow you to effortlessly move deals from one stage to another.

(a) Once a prospect advances through a stage, you can drag it to the next stage.

(b) If a deal achieves the goal of the pipeline, you can drag it to the won area to mark it as a Won deal.

(c) If a lead does not convert, you can change the status to Lost by dropping it in the lost area.
